How it works
Retinol is a type of retinoid, made from Vitamin A. The tiny molecules that make up retinal go deep beneath the epidermis to neutralise free radicals in your dermis – which boosts the production of elastin and collagen. This creates a plumping effect which reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and large pores.

Introducing retinol
Retinol does not cause sun sensitivity, but it can cause irritation and redness if introduced to your skin too quickly. To avoid this, introduce slowly by applying once every three days – and slowly increase frequency to twice daily as your skin adjusts to the product.

How to use
After applying the Hernuvin Wash, take a pea-size amount of the Retinol Serum and, starting at your chin, apply with your fingertips in upward and outward motions. Then, apply Hernuvin Eye-Cream and Moisturiser.

Hernuvin Retinol completes the foundation regime of the wash and mosituriser.
